My Story
I am Marcos Gaubert, a marketing and sales operator, speaker, writer, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Triathlon newbie.
My work has always lived in the space between ideas and execution.
I have spent my career helping teams connect marketing, sales, customer experience, and leadership in ways people understand and use. For me, growth is not a loud campaign or a clever line. Growth comes from trust, clarity, consistency, and people moving in the same direction.
Before leadership rooms, projects, webinars, and business stages, much of my foundation came from martial arts. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught me patience, discipline, pressure, humility, and problem-solving. Those lessons show up in how I lead, how I communicate, and how I think about business.
This space is where I share lessons I have learned throughout my career, from leading teams, building growth systems, working across departments, learning through sport, and turning ideas into action.
No hype. No guru talk. Only practical thinking for people building, leading, selling, serving, and growing.
